How this works:
To make an online room reservation:
1. Enter appropriate arrival date in the “Make Reservation” area  (located in the upper right hand corner).
2. When the availability screen appears, click on “Corporate Rates” located in the upper left side of the tool bar.
3. Enter your access code (located in the second paragraph above).   
4. The rate will default to the Preferred Partner’s Program rate.  If you are interested in the Sunday Night Special rate, it is necessary to click the drop down next to the “Select Rate” field and choose Preferred Partner’s Sunday Special.
5. Enter appropriate arrival date and appropriate departure date.

To make spa and golf reservations:
Simply call Destination Kohler at 1-800-344-2838 and speak to a reservationist. Please identify yourself as a Destination Kohler Preferred Partner and indicate which organization you are with or provide your access code (located in the second paragraph above), then leave the rest to us.
