Whether you like working out alone or enjoy the camaraderie of group activities, Sports Core offers a variety of stimulating group classes geared to all fitness levels. Classes are offered in aerobics, total body conditioning, cross training, yoga, Pilates, Spinning, aquatic fitness and kick boxing. Instructors are available for private group classes upon request. In addition, our staff of personal trainers is available for private and semi-private sessions.
