Sports Core offers a variety of special events, seasonal celebrations and kids’ camps for children ages 2 years and up.
Kids Night Out
$20 Fitness/$25 Standard/$30 Guest

Everyone needs a night out now and then. Why not make it a fun evening for the kids, too? We will provide the children with an evening of fun watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, swimming and dinner from Take 5. Popcorn and beverages will also be provided. Don't forget your pillow! Children MUST be potty trained.
Tiny Tot Kamps
$8 Fitness/$13 Guest
Designed specifically for introducing 2-3 year-olds to structured programs. Includes age-appropriate group games, outdoor activities, stories and themed craft projects. Snacks and juice will be provided. All Mini Kamps will be held in the Classroom. Gym shoes are required.

Private Youth Fitness Classes

Sports Core now offers these fitness classes upon your request.
Activities (choice of 3): Yoga, Pilates, Rebounding, Strength Training, Boot Camp/Circuit Classes, Kickboxing and Jump Roping.
Minimum Class Size: 4 people
Exercise Excursions
$450 per 2-hour event
Bring your school group, club, scout troop, birthday party, etc. to Sports Core for an afternoon of fitness and fun. You select the activities, we provide the professional trainers and group leaders.

Children’s Customized Fitness Packages (ages 4 yrs & up)
*Sessions Include: Pilates, Have a Ball, Pump It Up, Jump N Jog, Move N Groove, Circuit Fun and Sports Specific Training (ages 12 & up)

Youth In Training
Youth In Training aims to improve the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular strength of adolescents ages 10-17 yrs. while exposing them to a variety of safe, effective and fun training methods. Upon completion of an initial health assessment, an appropriate training program will be recommended that matches their ability and challenges them to take their performance to the next level.
Each participant will obtain a tailored program that builds upon their strengths: taking into consideration any necessary modifications. Although similar in context, program designs will vary in content based upon the individual. It is important that you take an active role alongside your child's trainer in continuing to stress the importance of adherence for your child to the recommended workout guidelines and weekly regimen set forth by our staff.
Prior approval must be attained for exception to minimum age requirement.
Lock-Ins
Rent our facility after hours! Groups will have limited access to our club to enjoy water volleyball, badminton, standard fitness room with free weights, movies and tennis (with proper shoes, of course).
Snacks and breakfast (donuts, milk and juice) are included. Catering menu available from Take 5 at an additional cost. No carry-ins, please! Custom lock-ins also available.
Available hours are 10:30 pm – 4:30 am.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date of choice (to be used towards your total).
Facility Rental: $100/hr. plus $10 per participant
There is no charge for chaperones within a 10:1 ratio.
