AQUATIC FITNESS
Aqua Fit: 50 minutes. Beginner – Intermediate. A low impact workout followed by strengthening and toning exercises.
Aqua Interval: 50 minutes. Beginner – Intermediate. Alternating aerobic intervals in shallow water followed by strengthening and toning.
Masters Swim: 60 minutes. Intermediate – Advanced. Geared toward the proficient swimmer. Focuses on efficient technique, speed, endurance and making use of periodization training.
Swimnastics: 60 minutes. Moving muscle mass to shape the body, cushion the skeleton, and strengthen the core.
CARDIO AND STRENGTH FITNESS:
Core Fusion: 30 minutes. All levels. This class will teach you how to strengthen abdominal and back muscles; an area of your body that is key for daily activities as well as for posture. CORE Fusion uses many disciplines of core conditioning (such as Pilates, body shaping, sports conditioning, and injury prevention) to produce long, lean muscles and a flexible, youthful body.
Move and Groove: 50 minutes. FUN class for All Levels. A full body workout to improve coordination, burn fat, and work your abs set to HipHop/Dance/Top40 music. No dance experience required, so lace up your workout shoes and get down to the newest and hottest tunes!
Pilates Mat: 45/50 minutes. All levels. A mixed level mat Pilates class that focuses on using the core in a variety of exercises to strengthen muscles and add flexibility. Variations offered to students. Exercises may include weights, dynabands and the magic circle. Challenge your strength and stamina while toning your whole body!
Power Pump: 45 minutes. Beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser. If you want to tone and sculpt all major muscle groups this is your class! Join us for an hour of pure pumping power! Power Pump offers a combination of Life Fitness machines, free weights, resistance tubing, etc… You’ll sweat and have fun! We'll mix it up each week so be sure to bring water and a “whatever it takes” attitude.
Prime Time: 60 minutes. This class welcomes people of all ages and ability groups to begin their day with a challenging, but gentle-to-the-joints combination of land and step cardiovascular exercise, strength, balance, and flexibility activities.
Quick Lift: 30 minutes. Suitable for all levels, go at your own pace. Weights and more to “pump you up!”
Strictly Strength: 50 minutes. Intermediate. A high intensity total body shaping strength workout using resist-a-balls, Dyna bands, dumbbells, and bodybars.
TBC-(Focus): 30 to 60 minutes. A little bit of everything from Cardio, to Strength, to Core … A whole Lotta Fun no matter what the instructor’s specialty is! These classes will give you the best results. You will burn more calories since your Heart Rate doesn’t get a chance to come down until the end. Try TBC-Circuit, TBC-Step, TBC-Bosu, TBC-Kick, TBC-Strength, TBC-Interval, TBC-Core, and Spin-TBC.
Zumba: 60 minutes. All levels. Zumba combines high-energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. This salsa-based aerobics class is fun and easy to do. No dance experience required. Add some spice and flare to your workout and shake your cha-cha!

$ KINESIS: 40-45 minute classes. KINESIS means movement. You will be amazed in how quickly your core strength, balance and flexibility improve through this cardio vascular workout. Great program to incorporate with Cycling, Tennis and Golf. This program is limited to a max of 6 participants per class. Fee will be billed at the time of the class. Cancellations are required with 24 hr notice or you will be charged for the class.
$6 Fitness members, $10 standard members
$ Reformer on the Mat: 45min. Pilates session which incorporates specific equipment to simulate a Pilates Reformer class, but done on a mat allowing the participant a safer, more effective, less stressed Pilates experience. These sessions are formatted as small group training and is limited to a max of 6 participants per class. Previous Pilates experience not required, but helpful.
$6 Fitness members, $8 Standard members
Spin: 45/50/60 minutes. Intermediate. Indoor Group cycling where you will discover “the athlete within you.” Intense, exhilarating and easy on the joints. This program is limited to a max of 20 participants per class.
*First Saturday of each month is 75 minutes. Through the summer months this class will be outside on the deck when weather permits.
- Reservations for accepted one week in advance. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Open equipment is available to walk-ons at start of class.
- No-shows and cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be billed normal fees for Kinesis and Pilates, $5 for members and $17 for guests for Spin, if class is full and spot is not filled.
YOGA FITNESS:
Infusion: 45 minutes. This class is for the flexibility-challenged, active adult or weekend warrior who needs to put their body back together again. Fundamental Yoga poses infused with deep tissue release through the use of foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands and other tools to aid with finding a safe effective stretch for your specific tight spots.
Gentle Yoga: 60 minutes. All levels. This gentle approach to yoga is ideal for helping you to experience the benefits of increased flexibility, improved circulation and more energy. Through a gentle flow vinyasa, you will improve your body's awareness, balance, health, and strength while staying within the safe limitations of your body's capabilities
Power Yoga: 60/75 minutes. Suitable for all levels. A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind at their deepest levels. This class will challenge you physically, emotionally and mentally. It is a whole body system that builds strength and balance and ignites your metabolic furnace.
Vinyasa Yoga: 60 minutes. All levels. A flow style yoga that focuses on core strength, balance and breath.
Yin/Yang Yoga: 60 minutes. All levels. The Yin style of long-held passive poses opens the body over sustained periods of time, encouraging softness and deep internal release and allows chi to flow promoting a more contemplative quality of mind. The Yang style is much more dynamic movement that focuses on strength and building inner heat. This class will combine passive (Yin) and active (Yang) asanas with pranayama for a deep, integrated and satisfying practice. By bringing these elements into harmony we can lead more balanced lives both on and off the mat.
