GROUP FITNESS

Aqua Fit: 50 minutes. Beginner – Intermediate.  A low impact workout followed by strengthening and toning exercises.

Aqua Interval: 50 minutes. Beginner – Intermediate. Alternating aerobic intervals in shallow water followed by strengthening and toning.

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga: 60 minutes. A challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies body and mind at their deepest levels.  A standard hour flow class suitable for all levels.

Beginner Yoga: 60 minutes.  Introduction to breath work (pranayama), postures (asanas), and meditation.  No prior yoga experience necessary.

B3 Classics: 60 minutes. Beginner. Especially for all those baby boomers and beyond, low impact aerobics along with stretching and toning to increase flexibility and full range of motion.

Cardio BOSU: 30 minutes.  Intermediate - Advanced. This class is on the cutting edge of the fitness industry. Integrated muscle training is used for cardiovascular and sport specific conditioning and will definitely train your core and flexibility.

Cardio Interval: 60 minutes.  All levels.  A creative combo of muscular and cardiovascular exercises, this class offers a variety of movements and will incorporate low impact and basic step with non-contact kickboxing and strength moves.

Core Fusion: 45 minutes.  All levels.  This class will teach you how to strengthen abdominal and back muscles; an area of your body that is key for daily activities as well as for posture.  CORE Fusion uses many disciplines of core conditioning (such as pilates, body shaping, sports conditioning, and injury prevention) to produce long, lean muscles and a flexible, youthful body. 

Gentle Yoga: 60/75 minutes.  All levels.  This gentle approach to yoga is ideal for helping you to experience the benefits of increased flexibility, improved circulation and more energy.  Through a gentle flow vinyasa, you will improve your body's awareness, balance, health, and strength while staying within the safe limitations of your body's capabilities.

Kick Fusion: 60 minutes.  Beginner – Intermediate.  A cardio workout that incorporates kicking and punching combinations with isometric toning segments to engage multiple muscles while increasing body awareness and control.  You’ll burn fat, build lean muscle and improve balance.

Muscle Mix: 60 minutes. Beginner to intermediate. Low impact aerobics and weight work that is easy on the joints, but will get you in shape!

NIA: 60 minutes. All levels. NIA combines dance movements and heart-pumping martial arts moves infused with subtle therapeutic techniques designed to heighten body awareness and Sensory IQ. The NIA workout is generally performed in bare feet and, through the use of music and movement, each NIA experience is uniquely crafted to both calm and invigorate. A NIA workout delivers cardiovascular and whole body conditioning for the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Outdoor Body Works: 45 minutes.  All levels. Welcome to the great outdoors! We'll enter Mother Nature's own backyard utilizing her tools to achieve a heart pumping cardiovascular workout with a bit of strength and flexibility sprinkled in. Be ready to walk or jog trails, do jumping jacks on the grass, knee lifts to the light post, lunge around Woodlake, step up on the curb or tricep dips on the park bench! This workout will always challenge you because the location and tools will always be different!  In case of rain, we move indoors to Studio A!

Pilates Basics: 50 minutes.  All levels. A series of exercises performed on a mat, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture, as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. The focus is on technique, form, posture, and sequencing of exercises.

Pilates Mat: 50 minutes. All levels.  A mixed level mat Pilates class that focuses on using the core in a variety of exercises to strengthen muscles and add flexibility. Variations offered to students.  Exercises may include weights, dynabands and the magic circle.

Pilates Prop: 50 minutes.  All levels.  This Pilates based workout benefits your body in all the same ways as a basics class, but can vary from the original Pilates method by adding additional movements and using various resistance tools.  From dumbbells and thera-bands to magic circles, this prop class changes each week.  Challenge your strength and stamina while toning your whole body!

Power Yoga: 75 minutes.  All levels. Ashtanga style vinyasa, moving more deeply into asanas.  This class will challenge you physically, emotionally and mentally.  It is a whole body system that builds strength and balance and ignites your metabolic furnace.

Quick Lift: 30 minutes. Intermediate. Weights and more to “pump you up!”

Strictly Strength: 45/50 minutes. Intermediate. A high intensity total body shaping strength workout using resist-a-balls, Dyna bands, dumbbells, and bodybars.

Total Body Conditioning (TBC): 60 Minutes. Cardio + Weights + Abs = TBC. 

Vinyasa Yoga: 60/75 minutes. All levels.  A flow style yoga that focuses on core strength, balance and breath.

Yin/Yang Yoga: 60 minutes.  All levels. Stretch and work both your muscles and your joints in this class.  While it is important to have strong muscles (Yang), it is not muscular strength that gives up the feeling of ease and lightness in the body, it is the flexibility of joints and connective tissue.  Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that form our joints.

SPIN CLASSES - Limited to twenty participants per class - PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE!  Call the reception desk at 920-457-4444.

Spin & Abs: 60 minutes.  Intermediate.  45 minutes of group cycling with 15 minutes of ab conditioning.

Spin: 45/60 minutes. Intermediate. Group cycling where you will discover “the athlete within you.” Intense, exhilarating and easy on the joints.

• Reservations for SPIN CLASSES accepted one week in advance.  Please arrive 5 minutes early. Open equipment is available to walk-ons at start of class.
• No-shows and cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be billed a fee of $5 for members and $17 for guests.

Cancellations and no-shows received less than 24 hours in advance will be billed a fee of $10 for members and $17.50 for guests.

Please sign the yellow waiver prior to each class to assure accurate records. All classes are based on the number of participants and determined by demand.
