Standard Membership provides unlimited use to the following:
- Competitive Pool and Family/Fitness Pool.
- Daily locker use.
- Towel service.
- Men's and women's steam rooms.
- Sauna.
- Indoor and outdoor whirlpools.
- Use of Standard Training Center including free weights, Air-Dyne exercise bikes and treadmills.
- One complimentary fitness assessment annually.
- Beach area.
- Outdoor walking/running trail.
- Indoor jogging (limited hours).
- Savings on salon services.
A Fitness Membership provides unlimited use to the following:
- All benefits of the Standard Membership.
- Use of Fitness Training center including Lifecycles, Stepping Machines, Stairmaster, Stepmill, Precors. and Life Fitness Circuit Training Equipment.
- Use of the Cybex equipment.
- Two complimentary fitness assessments annually.
- Complimentary participation in all Adult Group Fitness, Spinning and Aquatic Classes.
- Savings on personal training packages, kid's swimming lessons and other specialty programs.
- Savings on locker rentals.
