Save information to My Kohler Experience Folder so you can:

• Track all your correspondence from any Kohler representative.
• Make notes to yourself for things you don't want to forget during your next visit.

Log In and Registration

If this is your first time using My Kohler Experience Folder, you will need to start by registering. If you're interested in learning about the latest activities happening at Destination Kohler, be sure to sign up for our free monthly e-mail newsletter using the check box at the bottom of the registration page.

If you've already registered, simply provide your e-mail address and password in the "Login/Register" tab.

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link in the "Login/Register" tab. Kohler will send you an e-mail with your password.

To change any of the information provided during registration, including your e-mail address or password, please select "Update My Profile".

Adding Messages to Your Folder

Any messages you send and receive from Destination Kohler will be automatically saved to your folder. If information becomes outdated or no longer of interest, simply delete it by selecting "Delete".

Notes

The Notes section of your folder is your own personal log. Want to remember the stylist that colored your hair, where you ate dinner or your best score at the Straits? Jot it down-in your own personal notes.

To delete your My Kohler Experience Folder, select the "Delete Account" button on the Profile tab. Please note if you choose to delete your account all of your personal messages and notes will be removed. Your e-mail address and password however will remain unchanged to protect you from deleting information that may be saved in other Kohler Folders you may have in use: Kohler Plumbing, Ann Sacks Portfolios, My Sterling Folder. You may continue to log in to these areas with the same e-mail address and password.
