Warm Poultice Massage - NEW

A soothing and therapeutic massage is performed with a warm herbal poultice (heated muslin bag filled with herbs and spices.) Therapist uses a slower sequence of massage strokes, applying pressure with the heated poultice in combination with Swedish massage. Releases muscle tension and is calming to the nervous system.

Aromatherapy Massage

The use of essential oils to enhance wellness in body treatments is known as aromatherapy. Used as a healing technique for thousands of years by the Egyptians, Greeks and Romans, essential oils aid in relaxation, improve circulation and help the healing of wounds. Relaxing and pleasant smells stimulate emotional responses of joy and relaxation.
After a personal consultation with the therapist, specific essential oils are blended and added to a carrier oil that will be used during the massage. Each of the oils has its own unique characteristics that benefit conditions of the body. A portion of your custom-blended aroma is included for you to take home. Not recommended during pregnancy.
