1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Promotion began at 12:01 a.m. (CT) on February 18, 2002 and will end at 11:59 p.m. (CT) on January 9, 2009. Prizes will be awarded in three random drawings from among all eligible entries received. The approximate dates of the drawings will be January 10, 2009, April 30, 2009 and August 30, 2009.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete and submit electronically the entry form . You will be asked to provide your first and last name, full mailing address, e-mail address & phone number. Entrants must complete all required information on the online entry form to be eligible. You may also enter by legibly hand-printing your complete full name, full mailing address, e-mail address and phone number on a 3"x 5" postcard (only 3"x 5" postcards will be considered eligible, postcard must contain a valid e-mail address) and mailing your entry to Destination KOHLER Sweepstakes, MS 019, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044. Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant are void. The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. Kohler Co. assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries, or for any computer, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of the Kohler Co. and will not be returned. All entries are subject to the terms set forth in the Kohler Co. Statement of Privacy.

3. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: No purchase or payment necessary to enter. The dates of the three random drawings will be

Only entries that comply with all of the Official Rules are eligible. Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Kohler Co. from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal a Publicity Release within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

4. PRIZES: The following prize will be awarded in each drawing: A Weekend Getaway consisting of a retail value of over $2,000. Each Prize will include premier hotel accommodations, spa services and two rounds of golf. The total estimated value of each prize is over $2,000. Each winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to his or her Prize that are not specifically mentioned, including but not limited to all federal, state and local income taxes. Some restrictions and black out dates may apply. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize will be permitted.

5. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Kohler Co. and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members and persons living in the households of each are not eligible to enter.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. The laws of the United States govern this Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Kohler Co. to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Kohler Co. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize.

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry and the potential winner may be requested to provide Kohler Co. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder. If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Kohler Co which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Kohler Co reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contest, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Kohler Co. is not responsible for any error, omission, deletion or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Kohler Co. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's computer related to or resulting from participation in this contest.

7. WHO WON: To receive the name of the winner by mail after the selected dates of the three drawings please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Destination KOHLER Sweepstakes Winner, MS 019, 444 Highland Drive, Kohler, WI 53044.
