Experience all the things that make winter special here in Wisconsin at the Chocolate Lover’s Social at Kohler Winter Wonderland. Enjoy decadent treats and winter fun all while you mingle with other chocolate lovers. Indulge in an assortment of KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates, sample cheeses from BelGioioso’s finest selections, and enjoy a glass of wine to compliment the evening. While you make a few laps around our ice-skating rink or try your hand at curling, a cup of our own Kohler Original Recipe hot cocoa created by the American Club’s Pastry Chef, Nicolas Blouin, will keep you warm.  This is a one-of-a-kind event that features indoor and outdoor fun so please dress accordingly. With a limited number of spots available, you won’t want to miss this weekend’s sweet start.

 

Dress code: Casual. Please dress in winter clothing as some areas are not fully heated. The ice-skating rink is fully outdoors.

 

Food offerings: We recommend guests enjoy dinner beforehand and join us at this event as a “dessert course”. We will be offering a wide assortment of KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates, as well as BelGioioso Cheese samples, and select wines, and select non-alcoholic beverages.

Incredible Chocolate Soufflé

Created in the early 18th century the soufflé is a signature French dish that can be enjoyed sweet or savory. In this hands-on seminar, Head Pastry Chef, Nicolas Blouin, will show you how to create a decadent, velvety, chocolate soufflé that will be the ideal, show stopping dessert that you will be able to recreate at home. Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn from the best! 

Guests will be asked to work in pairs of two to ensure everyone has equipment to follow alongside Chef Blouin.
Guests will be asked to wear a mask should they access the production kitchen.
