As we’re gearing up for the 20th celebration of Kohler’s Food & Wine Event, we wanted to share an update on our COVID safety measures. Out of an abundance of caution for the health and well-being of guests and associates, we will be requiring all Food & Wine attendees to either show proof of a negative COVID test (within the 72 hours prior to attendance) or provide proof of vaccination.
We’re thrilled to welcome Bartolotta Restaurant Group back to Kohler Food & Wine and enjoy a taste of artfully crafted fare from their collection of restaurants. Friday will include a Crème Brule demonstration with Pastry Chef Courtney Beyer along with A Journey to Italy featuring Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993. On Saturday, Amanda Strandt, Executive Chef at Mr. B’s– A Bartolotta Steakhouse will teach guests how to bring an authentic steakhouse experience home by mastering the art of Beef Wellington. Then, the team of Bartolotta Restaurant Group chefs will end the day by treating guests to a world-class, Wisconsin Dinner.
