Join us for an exhilarating morning at River Wildlife, our private membership wildlife preserve. Experience a thrilling live demo as our specially trained dogs point or flush pheasants from thick cover and showcase their agility and skill. Chef Michael Hunter and expert outdoorsman Abe Foerster will then demonstrate shooting techniques and share insights on responsible and successful hunting. After the demonstration, gather around Chef Michael and Abe as they show you how to properly clean and prepare the birds for cooking. Chef Michael will share some of his favorite field recipes that are simple yet delicious. You will have a chance to savor some delectable bites and, of course, we will have wine on hand as well.
