Kohler Food & Wine COVID Policy


As we’re gearing up for the 20th celebration of Kohler’s Food & Wine Event, we wanted to share an update on our COVID safety measures. Out of an abundance of caution for the health and well-being of guests and associates, we will be requiring all Food & Wine attendees to either show proof of a negative COVID test (within the 72 hours prior to attendance) or provide proof of vaccination.


We ask that guests submit information via this portal.*


You will be asked to provide the following:

  • First and last name
  • Date of event
  • Contact preference
  • Phone number or email address
  • Event name
  • Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test (image or .pdf file)


You only need to register once for the entire weekend. You will receive a wristband when on property, and that wristband will be checked at all Food & Wine locations.


One of the most exciting aspects of Kohler Food & Wine is creating a safe space for guests to enjoy each other’s company while participating in food and beverage tastings. Our policy for this year’s event will allow the spirit of Food & Wine to continue while prioritizing the safety of all involved.

*In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we only collect the minimal amount of personal data necessary as it relates to your COVID-19 vaccination. We do not collect and process more than the data necessary to process your event request and the personal data you are providing is limited to this purpose. Once your COVID-19 vaccination record card has been verified, Kohler will delete the vaccination record card documentation immediately. Record of your clearance for the event requested will be retained for thirty days.
