Kohler Food and Wine is a cashless event. All purchases will require the use of a credit or debit card. Destination Kohler gift cards can only be used at select locations.
Tickets are available at Kohlercollection.com until Will-Call opens on Thursday, October 20. We do not offer any discounts on Kohler Food and Wine tickets for any guests not participating in all aspects of the event.
All Kohler Food and Wine tickets are physical event tickets and need to be presented at the door prior to the beginning of each event. Order confirmations (paper or electronic) will not be accepted. All attending guests must have individual tickets for each event they attend. Tickets can be picked up at Will-Call during designated Will-Call hours.
Will-Call will be located inside of Woodlake Market and will be open:
Thursday, October 20: Noon–7pm
Friday, October 21: 8am–7pm
Saturday, October 22: 8am–6pm
All Kohler Food and Wine event tickets are non-refundable.
No one under 21 will be permitted in any Kohler Food and Wine events, including infants and small children in child carriers. This policy pertains to all events including demonstrations, seminars, dinners, and Grand Tastings. Please ensure you bring a proper form of identification. For an exemption, please contact specialevents@kohler.com for consideration.
The events at Kohler Food and Wine feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server, or vendor whether allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume.
Select products featured during the event will be available for purchase at a variety of locations. As a reminder, Kohler Food and Wine is cashless and a credit card or debit card will be required as form of payment.
Day time events are recommended resort casual, or resort chic.
Evening events are recommended resort chic (The Immigrant Restaurant dinners require jackets for gentlemen.)
Complimentary self-parking is available nearby most of our event venues (first come, first serve). We also provide event shuttles that take guests throughout the footprint of Kohler Food and Wine.
Kohler Food and Wine offers convenient shuttle service to transport guests to and from various event locations throughout the event footprint. The shuttles run on a continuous loop and wait times should not exceed 15 minutes. Please refer to the event map for shuttle stops. We do not offer shuttle transportation outside of the Village of Kohler.
Pets are not permitted at Kohler Food and Wine.
Service/working animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy with proper documentation.
All Kohler Food and Wine events are ADA accessible.
In case of inclement and/or dangerous weather there are certain venues that may be closed or may have adjusted hours to ensure the safety of everyone. Additionally, please be advised that some events take place (partially) outdoors. Please be dressed accordingly.
